Mazda Vehicle Check-Up - Computer Diagnostics
In addition to the Maintenance checklist performed during the service intervals, as a value-add service, a Mazda computer diagnostic will be performed to all vehicle performing the 20,000km service intervals maintenances with a report, which will be provided to customers. This report will be based on the diagnostic check as per attachment. Download
The Mazda Computer diagnostic will diagnose the necessary electronic components in the Engine Management System.
This checkup is only applicable to Mazda2, Mazda3, Mazda5, Mazda6, MPS, MX-5, CX-7 and RX-8.
This service is normally charge at $90 per inspection. However, it is provided free-of-charge when your Mazda performed any of the 20,000km service intervals.
Staggered Service Appointments
Time is a rare commodity and we realize our customers are extremely busy people. To facilitate smooth intake of cars, we have established a staggered appointment booking system based on the workshop capacity, service type, and expected durations.
To ensure minimal waiting time, it is highly-recommended that you make a service appointment prior to your visit, and arrive punctually on the day of your appointment. Coming too early or too late disrupts the scheduled intake flow, often resulting in longer waiting time.
Courtesy Shuttle Service to and from Tai Seng Station (Circle Line) & Queenstown (East-West Line)
To alleviate the inconvenience of being without your car, Mazda Service Centre offers a daily shuttle service to and from Tai Seng/ Queenstown MRT station.
Between departures, customers can wait in the comfort of our Customer Service Lounge; rest assured that the driver will inform customers in the lounge before every departure.
For Mazda @ Alexandra, exit from gate 'B' at Queenstown MRT Station and our shuttle bus will be parked at the carpark of HDB flat, Block 181.

24-hours Self Check-in Service
To accommodate your busy schedules, Mazda Service Centre offers a “24-hour Self Check-in Service” alternative, which allows you to drop off your vehicle at any time before your service appointment.
However, this option is not applicable for vehicles that require any form of testing to identify or confirm technical problems. Such vehicles will have to be examined in your presence, so please visit us during our regular operating hours.
Make an appointment. Please note that you will still need to make an appointment via phone or Internet.
At the entrance, a security guard will allocate a block number to your car.
Drive in and park your car at any available lot.
Kindly fill up the forms provided.
Please state your instructions and service/repair requirements explicitly to aid our understanding and diagnosis.
Please leave a contact number that we can reach you at for clarification or information.
Remember to remove all valuables and lock your car.
Enclose your keys, seal the envelope and deposit it in the Self Check-in box.
A Service Advisor will contact you to collect your vehicle when it is ready.
Pick-up & Delivery Service
Unable to come to our workshop or want to do away with the hassle of taking your car to us? For your convenience, we offer a pickup and delivery service at $35 per trip (total of $70 for back and forth)!
Inform us while arranging your service appointment, and we will collect and deliver your Mazda. Please remember to remove your personal belongings, prepare a detailed list of your service requirements, and leave your contact number.

Leave your car at our Service Centre and we will facilitate your compulsory Annual Road Worthiness Inspection.
Comprehensive inspection and repairs (if necessary) will be conducted before sending your car for inspection at the Viacom Inspection Centre. After the inspection, your car will be available for collection back here Mazda Service Centre; the whole process should take about one day.
Insurance Claims for Accident Vehicles
We all try to avoid accidents, but should you encounter one, you can depend on our Insurance Claim department to patiently guide you through every step of the process from repair quotations, to assessments surveys, and actually making the claims.
Quality workmanship is guaranteed. Be it a minor or major repair, we will provide you with a Repair Warranty for a period of 6 months or 10,000km (whichever comes first).
