Nagare is Japanese for ‘flow’. Mazda designers were inspired by flow lines created by natural elements such as wind and water, to create a textured surfacing language that conveys motion even when the car is stationary. Elements of this flow philosophy are evident in the distinctive body contours of our cars today.
