The Mazda8 features a seat cushion tilt mechanism, a large headrest with a swing function and freely adjustable ottoman seats in the second row that  allows for passengers to recline fully in first-class comfort. Power Tailgate

The power tailgate can be operated from the driver’s seat or from the boot itself for total convenience. As a safety measure, touch sensors in the boot immediately return the tailgate to open position if they detect and obstructions such as hands or luggage when the power tailgate is in operation.
